How access works
Only organizations create EZstate accounts. Employees and members receive a private access code and set up their own account, no one at HR or the org ever sees what they share.

HR or a support org enrolls in the pilot and receives an access code.
2. Code shared
The code goes to employees or members through your normal channels.
3. Private account
Each person creates their own account with the code, fully confidential.
